Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2015Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Breeze Two GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die flüssigen Mittel sind zu Nominalwerten bilanziert. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Beträge, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist voll eingezahlt. Es wird am Bilanzstichtag zu 100% von der Constitutional Trustees Limited, Dublin/Republik Irland gehalten. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Andere Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB liegen nicht vor.
