A n h a n g 2 0 1 3I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HBG. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Geschäftsjahr unverändert beibehalten. Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzip bewertet worden. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt worden. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Zugänge bei den beweglichen Vermögensgegenständen der Sachanlagen werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe der erwarteten Inanspruchnahme. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich - wie im Vorjahr - innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe von T€ 20 (i.Vj. T€ 19) innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von T€ 12 (i.V. T€ 11). Außer den üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalten bestehen keine weiteren Pfand- oder ähnlichen Rechte zugunsten Dritter. IV. Sonstige Angaben Gesellschaftsorgane Einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war im Berichtszeitraum Frau Yukiko Suzuki, Kauffrau. Die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge unterbleibt nach § 286 Abs. 4 HGB.
