Anhang1. Allgemeines
Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1
HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Für die
Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die
Erleichterungen gemäß §§ 276, 288 HGB
in Anspruch genommen. Der Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2023
wurde unter der Anwendung der Vorschriften des
Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes von RAin Verena
Tigges im Auftrag des Geschäftsführers E. Basar
und der Geschäftsführerin M. Majidi erstellt. Der
Jahresabschluss wurde in EUR aufgestellt.
2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Es wurden die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß
§§ 238 ff, 264 ff HGB angewandt.
Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit dem Buchwert
angesetzt.
Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennbetrag.
Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden
mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden für Abschlusskosten und
Steuern gebildet. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten
mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 5 Jahren beträgt
0 EUR.
3. Offenlegung
Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt, die von den ihr als
kleiner Kapitalgesellschaft eingeräumten
Erleichterungen bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses
gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB bezüglich
der Gliederung der Bilanz und gemäß § 326
HGB in Anspruch zu nehmen.
4. Sonstige Angaben
Es erfolgt keine Angabe zum Vorschlag und Beschluss
über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses, weil sich anhand
dieser Angaben die Gewinnanteile von natürlichen
Personen feststellen lassen.
