Das Geschäftsjahr 2018 schließt mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 954.362,79 The Annual Financial Statements for the financial year from 01 August 2017 to 31 July 2018 is hereby established. The financial year 2018 closes with a net loss for the year in the amount of EUR 954,362.79
Es wird beschlossen, den Jahresfehlbetrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. The shareholder decides by unanimous vote to carry forward the net loss of the year into the next financial year.
2. Entlastung der Geschäftsführer 2. Discharge of the Managing Directors
Den Geschäftsführern wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 Entlastung erteilt. Discharge is granted to the Managing Directors for the financial year 2018.
