AnhangAnhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist unter Beibehaltung der auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Aufstellung erfolgte nach den Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG). Soweit das Bilanzsteuerrecht hiervon zwingend abweicht, wurde dies beachtet. Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenstände werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer unter Anwendung der steuerlich zulässigen Höchstsätze degressiv oder linear abgeschrieben. Zugänge bis zu einem Wert von EUR 150,00 waren gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abzuschreiben. Bei Zugängen bis zum Betrag von EUR 1.000,00 ist die Abschreibung nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG auf den Sammelposten gebildet worden. Die Vorräte sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten aktiviert. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert unter Abzug angemessener Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, um künftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen (Going-Concern-Prinzip). Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur BilanzDie Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist in dem Anlagenspiegel dargestellt, aus dem sich auch die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben. Diese betragen: Für immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände EUR 0,00 (EUR 0,00) Für Sachanlagen EUR 13.886,71 (EUR 15.788,91) Der Gesamtbetrag der Gesellschaftern gewährten Kredite beträgt EUR 507.210,54. Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren betragen EUR 0,00. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte gesichert sind, beträgt EUR 0,00. Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Don Premadasa Kasturiarachchi, Hotelier. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 6.12.2012. |
