AnhangAngaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen. Bei der MyImageControlGmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss ist nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. 1. Die Entwicklung der Posten des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2009 ist dem beigefügten Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen. Vei dem Anlagevermögen werden die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den höchstzulässigen Sätzen degressiv bzw. linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 150,-- werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.Für Gegenstände bis zu einem Wert von € 1.000,-- wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet, der linear mit 20% abgeschrieben wird. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. 3. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. 4. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagenspiegel. 2. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen bestehen für Jahresabschlusskosten (T€ 2). 3. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht. 4. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen für das Kalenderjahr 2010 Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. 5. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz In Höhe des nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrages haben die Gesellschafter eine Rangrücktrittserklärung ihres Darlehens, das zum Bilanzstichtag mit TEUR 129,0 valutierte, abgegeben.
