Allgemeine Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss/ Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 ist nach Maßgabe der handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften unter Berücksichtigung ergänzender Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB; von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen ist Gebrauch gemacht worden. In der Bilanz sowie in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind in dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022. Beträge des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres angegeben. Der Bilanzgewinn zum 01.01.2022 der Gesellschaft betrug 142.665,45 €. Ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2013 wird gemäß § 268 Abs. 1 HGB der Gewinnvortrag und das Jahresergebnis als Position Bilanzgewinn zusammengefasst. II. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ UND ZUR GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG 1. Anlagevermögen Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt worden. 2. Umlaufvermögen Die Gegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt worden. Forderungsspiegel
3. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt worden. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind nicht vorhanden. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen in Höhe von € 7.000 betreffen Rückstellungen für den Aufwand der Jahresabschlusserstellung. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt worden. Verbindlichkeitsspiegel
5. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach Maßgabe des Gesamtkostenverfahrens (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt worden. III. Ergänzende Angaben und Erläuterungen Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Holger Schäfer. Die Gesellschaft hatte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 30 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
