Die Mesa Parts Holding GmbH erstellt einen Konzernabschluss und Konzernlagebericht nach deutschen Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Konsolidierungsmethoden (HGB), in den wir als Tochterunternehmen einbezogen sind und der im Unternehmensregister auf der Publikations-Plattform der Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH mit Sitz in Köln offengelegt wird".
