Wie im Vorjahr standen hier Fragestellungen der planmäßigen Entwicklung des Unternehmens und der Finanzplanung sowie Konsequenzen aus den Veränderungen des Gesundheitswesens und die resultierende Marktentwicklung im Mittelpunkt. Darüber hinaus haben wir uns mit strategischen Fragen der Unternehmensentwicklung beschäftigt. Der erstellte und von der KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, The Squaire, Am Flughafen, 60549 Frankfurt am Main geprüfte Jahresabschluss der Reininger AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 sowie der Vorschlag des Vorstandes zur Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns wurden den Mitgliedern des Aufsichtsrates vorgelegt. Der geprüfte Jahresabschluss ist mit einem in Bezug auf die Nichtangabe der Gesamtbezüge des Vorstandes eingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk versehen. Der geprüfte Jahresabschluss sowie der Vorschlag zur Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns wurden von uns überprüft. Dabei haben sich nach dem abschließenden Ergebnis dieser Prüfung keine Beanstandungen ergeben. Im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung vom 20.03.2019 wurde der Bilanzgewinn für das Jahr 2017 festgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde vom Aufsichtsrat gebilligt und damit festgestellt. Dem Vorschlag für die Gewinnverwendung vom 08.03.2019 schließen wir uns an.
