Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011I. BilanzierungsgrundsätzeDie Gesellschaft ist als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB einzustufen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden grundsätzlich im Anhang gemacht. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren ausgestellt. II. BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Bewertung wurde nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 20111.
