ANHANGMKC Logistics GmbH Zum Jahresabschluss des Geschäftsjahres 2012
Der Jahresabschluss der MKC Logistics GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2012 ist auf der Grundlage der Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften aufgestellt worden.
Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Die Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich der bis zum 31. Dezember 2012 angefallenen planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer zwischen vier und fünf Jahren linear errechnet. Für "Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter" wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG die Sofortabschreibung gewählt. Sonderabschreibungen wurden in 2012 nicht vorgenommen. Im Übrigen wird auf den beigefügten Anlagespiegel und die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens verwiesen.
Die unter der Position "Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" ausgewiesenen Vermögenswerte wurden zum 31. Dezember 2012 mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Bankbestände entsprechen den Salden der Kontoauszüge vom 31.12.2012.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind mit dem nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelten Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Langfristige Rückstellungen lagen nicht vor. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Nennwert oder dem höheren Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Myung-Ki Chai, Seoul, Korea. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Hamburg, den 15. Juli 2013 ………………………………… Myung-Ki Chai MKC Logistics GmbH
