KG, an deren Kapital wir jedoch nicht beteiligt sind. Hierfür erhalten wir von der Firma Reifen Gressel GmbH & Co. KG eine angemessene Vergütung. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in der Bilanz erfolgte zum Nennwert, die Bewertung der Rückstellungen in Höhe des mutmaßlichen Bedarfs. Wir schlagen vor, das Jahresergebnis in Höhe von € 30,83 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
