ANHANG

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze (§ 284 HGB)

Die Finanzanlagen betreffen

- Merkposten für Komplementärbeteiligungen bei Personengesellschaften ohne vertraglich bedungene Einlagen (da für diese Beteiligungen keine Anschaffungskosten vorliegen, wurde jeweils ein Merkposten von EUR 1,00 angesetzt).

- einen Genossenschaftsanteil zum Nominalwert.

Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Nominalwert bzw. Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen betreffen ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden zum voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Sonstige Pflichtangaben und Angaben, soweit sie nicht in oder unter der Bilanz vermerkt sind

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sowie Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, sind nicht vorhanden.

Die Gesellschaft war Komplementärin durchgehend in 2011 bei 12 Personengesellschaften und bis Anfang März 2011 bei einer weiteren Personengesellschaft. Zur Zusammensetzung (Angaben nach § 285 Ziff. 11 a HGB) wird auf die Anlage verwiesen. Weder zum Bilanzstichtag noch aktuell wird aus den Komplementärstellungen ein konkretes Risiko gesehen. Weitere Eventualverbindlichkeiten (§§ 251 / 268 Abs. 7 HGB) bestehen nicht.

Der Jahresüberschuss 2011 in Höhe von EUR 28.539,26 wird dem Gewinnvortrag aus 2010
zugerechnet. Unter Berücksichtigung einer in 2011 gezahlten Vorabdividende in Höhe von
EUR 60.000,00 wird der per 31. Dezember 2011 mit EUR 7.208,76 verbleibende Bilanzgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen (§ 326 HGB).
