Anhang

I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen zum 31. Dezember 2011 in Höhe von EUR 3,967 Million und ausschließlich gegenüber dem Mutterunternehmen Versapoint N.V., Diemen / Niederlande.

In Hinblick auf das negative Eigenkapital verweisen wir auf die am 31. Dezember 2000 abgegebene Rangrücktrittserklärung.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Dortmund.

Die Gesellschaft wurde am 10. März 2000 gegründet und am 31. Oktober 2000 in das Handelsregister Dortmund (HRB 14507) eingetragen.

Alleinige Gesellschafterin ist die Versapoint N.V., Wisselwerking 58, 1112 XS Diemen, Niederlande.

Gesellschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Ernst Jan van Rooijen
