Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wird ein Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Auf die Gesellschaft sind die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB anzuwenden.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Forderungen wurden im Einzelnen nachgewiesen und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag, Rückstellungen mit dem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungswert angesetzt.

Ergebnisverwendung

Das Jahresergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
