Organisatorische Verhältnisse: Das Unternehmen erstellt eine Buchführung nach einem geprüften EDV-System. Das Stammkapital (Nennbetrag) der Unternehmergesellschaft beträgt 900,-- €. Das Kapital ist zum Bilanzstichtag eingezahlt. Wirtschaftliche Verhältnisse: Gegenstand der Unternehmergesellschaft ist der Erwerb, die Verwaltung, die Vermietung und die Verpachtung von Grundbesitz. Der Jahresabschluss der BHL uG wurde auf der Grundlage der Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften des HGB erstellt. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert. Die Abschreibung des Anlagevermögens erfolgte linear. Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungswerten angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen sind im Wirtschaftsjahr 2011 nicht zu bilden. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2011 wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Jahresüberschuss: Der Jahresabschluss weist nach Steuern einen Jahresüberschuss von 5.070,57 € aus. Eine Ausschüttung erfolgt nicht.
