Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2017I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen(1) Rechtliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter HRB 77304 eingetragen. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Düsseldorf. II. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss(1) Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2017 entspricht den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Die Bilanzsumme, die Umsatzerlöse und die Anzahl der im Durchschnitt beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer überschreiten nicht die Größenmerkmale des § 267a Abs. 1 HGB; die Gesellschaft gilt damit als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft, die neben den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB in eingeschränktem Umfang anzuwenden hat. Die Bilanz wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 HGB erstellt. (2) Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen sind zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben(1) Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr 2017 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft keine Arbeitnehmer. (2) Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum 31. Dezember 2017 haben keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen bestanden.
