Anhang 2012I. Allgemeines Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) aufgestellt worden. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff.) wurden beachtet. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs. 1, 274a und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Gesellschaft zum 31.12.2011 wurden unverändert übernommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, die gegebenenfalls um notwendige Abschreibungen gemindert werden, bilanziert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Die liquiden Mittel sind zu Nennwerten am Bilanzstichtag bilanziert. Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage des § 253 HGB ermittelt und sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen ausreichend Rechnung tragen. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sämtliche in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Christian Linke, Schloßvippach. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
