AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der eSox Holding GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 ist nach den geltenden Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes aufgestellt. Zusätzlich waren die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes zu berücksichtigen. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Bei der eSox Holding GmbH handelt es sich nach § 267 HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die Anteile an verbundenen und beteiligten Unternehmen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage der neuen Fassung des § 253 HGB für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr bestehen nicht, so dass eine Abzinsung gem. § 253 Abs. 2 HGB nicht erforderlich war. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen keine. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag keine. Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag keine. Die Gesellschaft besitzt folgende Kapitalanteile in Höhe von mindestens 20 % an anderen Unternehmen:
IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben Namen der Geschäftsführer Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Andreas Hecht, Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation, geführt. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
