AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB um eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Bei der Aufstellung wurden größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Bewertungsgrundsätze Forderungen und flüssige Mittel sind zum Nennbetrag beziehungsweise mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Im Berichtsjahr wurde der gesamte Bilanzgewinn des Vorjahres in Höhe von EUR 29.444,50 an die Gesellschafterin ausgeschüttet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages zur Abdeckung erkennbarer Risiken und ungewisser Verpflichtungen angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert und sind sämtlich wie im Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss wird entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht. Die Geschäftsführer erhielten im Berichtsjahr keine Vergütungen. Die Geschäftsführung lag im Berichtsjahr in den Händen von: Herrn Hans-Peter Kneip, Mitglied des Vorstands der Deutschen EuroShop AG, Hamburg
