AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 (1) HGB auf. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenFür die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Es wurde zu Fortführungswerten (going concern) bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Informationen zur Bilanz Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag € 0,00. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft hat zum 01.10.2011 die Liquidation angemeldet. Geschäftsführungsorgane Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Michael Lauer (Geschäftsführer) geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
