ANHANGDer Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes in Verbindung mit den Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes erstellt.Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen unter Zugrundelegung der steuerlichen Abbschreibungstabellen vermindert. Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Sofern die Tageswerte zum Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Geschäftsführer im gesamten Geschäftsjahr waren Randolf Schmitt und Ricarda Schmitt-Heinicke Gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG wird darauf hingewiesen, das Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 350.340,78 € bestanden. Die Baumaßnahmen im unmittelbaren Umfeld des Ladengeschäfts wirkten sich weiterhin negativ auf die Kundefrequenz aus. Diese Baumaßnahmen sollen jetzt im Herbst 2021 abgeschlossen werden. Der Lockdown aufgrund Pandemie hat das Weihnachtsgeschäft ausfallen lassen. Ein Teil der dafür gezielt eingekauften Ware musste wegen Schimmelbefall aufgrund schlechtem Lagerraum (sonstige Nutzung war immer nur für wenige Wochen) am Jahresende vernichtet werden. Als weitere Leistung wurde die Abrechnung von Dienstleistungen für Dritte übernommen, da entsprechende Kapazität wegen Ladenschließung frei wurde.
