ANHANGfür das Geschäftsjahr 2019 A. Allgemeine Angaben Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft: - Firma: Chengjie GmbH
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung erstellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung in der Bilanz wurden die Vermerke zu den Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Vermerke zu den Verbindlichkeiten anstatt in die Bilanz in den Anhang aufgenommen. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Erstellung vorliegender Bilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften. Die Bewertung erfolgte entsprechend den Bestimmungen des §§ 249 ff HGB. Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig. Der Ansatz der Finanzanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bilanziert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind nach dem
notwendigen Maß vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle
erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden nicht. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 25.000,00 Euro. D. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer war während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres Herr Lier Hu bestellt. Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer gem. § 267 Abs. 5 HGB beträgt im Berichtsjahr 20 Arbeitnehmer. Verwendung des Ergebnisses Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist vor
