Anhang für das Geschäftsjahrvom 01. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2010 Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag eine kleine Kapitlagesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 238ff. und 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist im Hinblick auf den Lagebericht und den Anhang Gebrauch gemacht worden. Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden angewandt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Kommanditeinlage an die IFB International Fashion Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG, sowie ein Darlehen an die Wolff & Olsen GmbH & Co. KG. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die flüssigen Mittel sind zu Nennwerten bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Angaben Es bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Zum Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2010 bestellt: Herr Dr. Christian Bühring-Uhle, Kaufmann, Hamburg Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
