Anhang für das am 31. Dezember 2011 endende GeschäftsjahrI. Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden bei der Erstellung des Anhangs, nicht jedoch bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in Anspruch genommen. Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt jedoch, die Erleichterung gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB bezüglich der Bilanz sowie die Erleichterung gemäß § 326 HGB bei der Offenlegung in Anspruch zu nehmen. In Anwendung des Wahlrechts nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB hat die Gesellschaft keinen Lagebericht aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. Die Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte durch die Gesellschafterversammlung am 28. Dezember 2012. II. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Bewertung der Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen und werden in der Höhe der zu erwartenden Inanspruchnahme ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen werden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. HaftungsverhältnisseZum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine weiteren Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 i.V. mit § 268 Abs. 7 HGB, als sie aus der Bilanz und diesem Anhang ersichtlich sind. IV. Sonstige AngabenDer Geschäftsführung gehörte im Geschäftsjahr an:
