Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen werden von der Gesellschaft grundsätzlich in Anspruch genommen. Die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) neu eingeführten Vorschriften wurden ab dem Jahresabschluss 2010 angewandt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundlagenDie Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in angemessenem Umfang und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. C. Sonstige AngabenAlleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Ottmar Schnitzer. Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Schnitzer Verlag Druck Media GmbH & Co. KG. D. ErgebnisverwendungsvorschlagDie Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von € 23.298,95 sowie den Jahresüberschuss 2011 in Höhe von € 3.116,59 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
