Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert von € 410,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Vorräte Die Bestandsermittlung erfolgte zum Abschlussstichtag im Rahmen einer permanenten Inventur. Die Bewertung der Waren erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen wurden vorgenommen, soweit Ausfallrisiken erkennbar waren. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital ist voll eingezahlt und hat sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht verändert. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Ihre Höhe entspricht den bei vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung voraussichtlich entstehenden Aufwendungen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Ergänzende AngabenZur Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr Dr. Thomas Haas bestellt. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. ErgebnisverwendungsvorschlagDer Jahresfehlbetrag wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
