Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2014DeGiN Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsinformationen im Netz mbH, BerlinI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Für die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewendet. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Bewertung der liquiden Mittel erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das Stammkapital ist zum Stichtag zur Hälfte eingezahlt. Die verbleibende ausstehende Einlage wurde noch nicht eingefordert. Der handelsrechtliche Jahresfehlbetrag von 1.344,50 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten die Kosten für den Beitrag zur IHK 2014 und die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Steuererklärungen 2014 sowie die Kosten für die Veröffentlichung des Jahresabschluss beim Bundesanzeiger. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung und Vertretung der DeGiN Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsinformationen im Netz mbH hat sich in 2014 gemäß den Angaben unter den rechtlichen Verhältnissen (Geschäftsführung) nicht verändert.
