Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenIm Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt: Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wurde ab dem Zeitpunkt der Betriebsbereitschaft, basierend auf steuerlich anerkannten Nutzungsdauern, abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen und die übrigen Bilanzposten mit ihren Nominalwerten angesetzt. III. Angaben zur BilanzDie zum Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Verbindlichkeiten besitzen eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Unter den Umsatzerlösen wurden Projektierungsvergütungen ausgewiesen. V. Sonstige AngabenIm Geschäftsjahr 2011 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch den Geschäftsführer
Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
