Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023Bezug nehmend auf die beigefügte Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Gesellschaft machen wir entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften folgende Angaben: 1. Allgemeine Angaben Sitz der M.T.MinMetals GmbH ist Meerbusch. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Neuss unter HRB 15375 eingetragen. Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für so genannte "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung. Die Gesellschaft ist somit gesetzlich nicht prüfungspflichtig. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. 2. Angaben zur Gliederung Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. 3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Ansatz und Bewertung erfolgten nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbH- Gesetzes. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Der Warenbestand ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wird dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko durch Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten auf der Aktivseite sind Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Die Rückstellungsbeträge werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags ermittelt. Die Ermittlung der Rückstellung für Gewährleistungsrisiken erfolgte mit 0,25 % des garantiebehafteten Umsatzes. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. Die Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsbeträgen in EURO erfolgte mit dem Euro- Referenzkurs der EZB zum Abschlussstichtag. 4. Sonstige Angaben Einzelvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren bzw. sind
