Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Berichtsjahr 2011 sind die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB beim Ausweis sowie der Gliederung der Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung beachtet worden. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das bisher angewandte Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB beibehalten.
Auf den vorliegenden Jahresabschluss wurden die Vorschriften des dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) angewandt. Bei der Bewertung des Vermögens und der Schulden wurden die handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften und die Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung beachtet. Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Rückstellungen werden in der Höhe geschätzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten und Rückstellungen sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen.
Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer sind Herr Thomas Crolla und Herr Martin Lowis. Auf die Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung wurde gemäß § 286 HGB verzichtet.
