Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung bewertet. Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurde die branchenübliche Nutzungsdauer zugrundegelegt. Die Abschreibung erfolgt in aller Regel zeitanteilig und degressiv entsprechend den steuerlich zulässigen Sätzen. Sonderabschreibungen wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Posten des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig erschien. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden an Hand einer Einzelaufstellung ermittelt unter Zugrundelegung des Rückzahlungsbetrages.
G. W. Huntgeburth -Steuerberater- Gesellschafterbeschluß vom 11. Oktober 2010 In den Räumen der Firma Repro-Scan Halwaß GmbH, Overfeldweg 34, mit Sitz in Leverkusen, fand heute eine Gesellschafterversammlung statt. Anwesend waren die beiden Gesellschafter Rosemarie Halwaß und Hans-Walter Halwaß. Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat den durch die erstellte Bilanz per 31.03.2010 ermittelten Verlust in Höhe von 373,23 € (i. W. dreihundertdreiundsiebzig 23/100 €) genehmigt und der Geschäftsführung einstimmig Entlastung erteilt.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Reproduktion für Buchdruck, Off-Set, Tiefdruck und Siebdruck. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2009/20010 konnte ein geringfügiger Verlust nicht vermieden werden. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2010/2011 ist mit einer Besserung nicht zu rechnen.
