ANHANG des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2011I. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Der Anhang wurde gem. § 285 i.V.m. § 288 HGB erstellt. Die Bezeichnung einzelner Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß § 265 Abs. 6 HGB geändert, sofern dies einer klareren Darstellung der Posten dient. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die im Geschäftsjahr sowie im Vorjahr keinen Betrag ausweisen, werden gemäß § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenErworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, und soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Einzelrisiken sind durch Abschreibungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch einen pauschalen Abschlag Rechnung getragen. Die liquiden Mittel sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen; sie wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in angemessenem Umfang gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Sonstige Angaben1. Geschäftsführung und Vertretung Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum waren Frau Karin Glöckner, Herr Felix Espermüller und Herr Ralf Czerwinski. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 2. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden gegenüber Gesellschaftern Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 12.605,15 (Vj. EUR 11.565,63). 3. Laufzeit Verbindlichkeiten Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben am Bilanzstichtag EUR 39.647,51 (Vj. EUR 30.489,13) eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
