AnhangAllgemeine Angaben
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert.
Die Gesellschaft ist gem. den Größenkriterien des § 267 Abs.1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung
Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Hoffmann GmbH zum 31.12.2009 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen.
Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.
Als Abschreibungsmethode kam sowohl die degressive als auch die lineare Absetzung für Abnutzung zur Anwendung.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG voll abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständewurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistungen sind Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung, berücksichtigt.
Der Kassenbestand und das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Steuerberechnung ist auf der Grundlage des Gewinnverwendungsvorschlages erfolgt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Geschäftsführung
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Herrn Marius Hoffmann.
