Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 1. Juli bis zum 31. Dezember 2023der Alias Entertainment GmbH, MünchenI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Alias Entertainment GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München (HRB 158953). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Angaben, die zulässigerweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang aufgeführt werden können, sind in der Regel im Anhang zu finden. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft haben wir von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften bei den Angaben gemäß § 288 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen Die Bilanzierung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Dabei werden die Zugänge pro rata temporis abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear über einen Zeitraum von drei bis 13 Jahren vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis netto EUR 800,00 werden in Übereinstimmung mit § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. 2. Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert ausgewiesen. 3. Vorratsvermögen Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. 4. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert. Wertberichtigungen wurden pauschal mit einem aus der Vergangenheit abgeleiteten Prozentsatz analog der Vorjahre vorgenommen. 5. Liquide Mittel Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. 6. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Stammkapital laut Gesellschaftsvertrag sowie der Handelsregistereintragung und ist voll eingezahlt. 7. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig erscheint. 8. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden grundsätzlich mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Vorräte Die Vorräte betreffen den Bücherbestand der Gesellschaft. IV. Sonstige Angaben Personalbestand Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Rumpfgeschäftsjahr 2023 - wie im Vorjahr - durchschnittlich vier Mitarbeiter (davon drei Geschäftsführer).
