ANHANGDie Skan GmbH, Kassel, ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Kassel unter HRB 7594 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt, dabei wurden die Bilanzierungsgrundsätze des § 42 GmbHG beachtet. Die Skan GmbH, Kassel, ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB an zwei aufeinander folgenden Bilanzstichtagen nicht überschritten sind. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Gesellschaften wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die beweglichen abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Zugrundelegung der auch steuerlich für zulässig erachteten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode zeitanteilig vorgenommen. Die Vorräte sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Das Prinzip der verlustfreien Bewertung wurde beachtet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt soweit kein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen in angemessener Weise alle erkennbaren Risiken, drohenden Verluste und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftigen kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages dotiert. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft waren in 2023 Ruth Brunsch Bernhard Brunsch Thomas Fehlberg Peter Unger Die Geschäftsführung üben ihre Tätigkeit als Vorstände bei der Brunsch & Meyer Grund und Boden AG aus. Bezüge von der Skan GmbH erhalten sie nicht.
