Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für den Jahresabschluss unserer Gesellschaft finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Anwendung. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Soweit möglich, erfolgen Abschreibungen nach steuerlichen Vorschriften unter Ausnutzung der Vereinfachungsregelung hinsichtlich der beweglichen Wirtschaftsgüter. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Anschaffungsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
