der Fortos GmbH, Tübingen I. Allgemeine Angaben Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Fortos GmbH, Tübingen, (nachfolgend auch Gesellschaft genannt) legt nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Rechnung. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist in Form des Gesamtkostenverfahrens aufgestellt. Der Jahresabschluss ist unter Berücksichtigung des Grundsatzes der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz A. Anlagevermögen Finanzanlagen Die Bewertung der Finanzlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. B. Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung erfolgte ausgehend vom Nennwert. Auf die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Uneinbringliche Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. C. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EURO 25.000,00 ist voll eingezahlt. D. Rückstellungen Die Bewertung der sonstigen Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme. III. Ergänzende Angaben Organe Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2011: Herr Frank Ganssloser, Böblingen, Diplom-Ingenieur. Tübingen, den 26. Oktober 2012
