White Horse Pictures GmbH, München Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 A. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ist von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen worden. B. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - vermindert um Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf Co-Produktionsanteile werden leistungsabhängig entsprechend den vereinnahmten Auswertungserlösen vorgenommen, da hierdurch die wirtschaftliche Abnutzung der Verwertungsrechte gegenüber der linearen Methode besser dargestellt wird. Aus Gründen der Vorsicht und zur Vermeidung von außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgt jedoch mindestens eine Abschreibung, die unter Berücksichtigung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften über Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode über den voraussichtlichen Verwertungszeitraum entsteht, sofern nicht hinreichend sicher ist, dass Verwertungserlöse in der geplanten Höhe erfolgen. Eine Abschreibung ist leistungsabhängig entsprechend der vereinnahmten Verwertungserlöse erfolgt. Auf Zugänge wird - sofern notwendig - zeitanteilig Abschreibung berechnet. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind in Höhe ihres Nennwertes angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Der nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetrag beträgt € 492.376,06 (Vorjahr: € 778.911,28). Für 2014 und zukünftige Jahre sind weitere Filmerlöse geplant, sodass von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit auszugehen ist. Die Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung aller Umstände zum Erfüllungsbetrag im Einzelfall gebildet und sichern erkennbare Risiken in ausreichender Höhe ab. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. C.
