ANHANGA. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGBs i.d.F. des vom Bundesrat am 03.04.09 verabschiedeten Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahresbeträge wurde nicht vorgenommen (Art. 67 EGHGB). Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. B. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung erfolgt durch die einzelvertretungsberechtigte und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreite Geschäftsführerin Frau Luise Bieberich. Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. C. Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag Es wird vorgeschlagen, den Jahresüberschuss mit dem Verlustvortrag zu saldieren und den verbleibenden Verlust auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. D.
