Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2010aarcon GmbH (vormals: Platin 389. GmbH), Kassel (vormals: Frankfurt am Main)I. Allgemeine AngabenFür den Jahresabschluss der Firma aarcon GmbH wurden die Vorschriften des 3. Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie die ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes in der geltenden Fassung angewandt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen (§§ 266 Abs. 1, 276, 288 HGB). Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzierungsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt und wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Sonstige PflichtangabenKomplementärin Die Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin der Firma aarcon Baukeramik GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in 34131 Kassel. Geschäftsführung Herr Kaufmann Herbert Wiegand, Hofgeismar. Herr Wiegand ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Ergebnisverwendung Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 49,25 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
