ANHANGI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 1. Das Sachanlagevermögen und die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungssätze der verschiedenen Anlagegüter einschließlich der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter richten sich nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften. 2. Die Vorräte wurden durch eine Inventur mengenmäßig erfasst. Die Waren wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, zum Teil unter Berücksichtigung des Alters und Marktgängigkeit zum niedrigeren Marktpreis bewertet. 3. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist eine Pauschalwertberichtigung mit 1% gebildet worden. 4. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. 5. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. II. Sonstige Angaben 1. Die Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag betreffen in voller Höhe das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit. 2. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Dr. Stefan Trachsler. 3. Die Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a HGB werden genutzt.
