Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bewertung von Forderungen Die Forderungen sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Bewertung von Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen Die Forderungen bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 169 (i. Vj. TEUR 64) gegen Gesellschafter. 4. Sonstige Angaben Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine eigenen Mitarbeiter. Konzernklausel Die Otto (GmbH & Co KG), Hamburg, als unmittelbares Mutterunternehmen der Gesellschaft, erstellt einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis der Konzernunternehmen und legt diesen offen. Aus diesem Grunde ist die Gesellschaft gemäß § 291 Abs. 1 HGB von der Verpflichtung zur Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses befreit.
