ANHANG

HORIZONT SCHIFFAHRTSGESELLSCHAFT MBH, HAMBURG

JAHRESABSCHLUSS ZUM 31. DEZEMBER 2011

Die Stammeinlage beträgt TDM 50.

Der Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264 ff., 284 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 274a HGB, § 288 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die Bewertung erfolgte unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung des Betriebes (Going-Concern-Prinzip).

Die Rückstellungen wurden in der Höhe gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung sind mit dem Kurs am Tage des Geschäftsvorfalls, gegebenenfalls mit dem höheren Stichtagskurs bewertet.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten Rückstellungen für Steuerberatungskosten.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 475.

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden weder Haftungsverhältnisse noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

Sonstige Angaben

Während des Geschäftsjahres waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung sind bzw. waren:

Herr Jürgen A. Hansen, Diplom-Ingenieur

Herr Shaun Harbinson, Kaufmann bis zum 31. Januar 2011.

Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin ohne Einlage der Schiffahrtsgesellschaft MS "RIO DE JANEIRO" Gesellschaft für Internationale Beteiligungen INTERPART mbH & Co. KG, Hamburg.

Die MPC Münchmeyer Petersen & Co. GmbH, Hamburg, stellt als Mutterunternehmen für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen einen Konzernabschluss auf.
