Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG). Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31.12.2021 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar. Informationen zur BilanzDie Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt.
