ANHANGEs handelt sich um eine kleine GmbH. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden: Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Ausweis und Bewertungsvorschriften erstellt. Auf die Aufstellung einer gesonderten Steuerbilanz wurde verzichtet, da zwingende Abweichungen zur Handelsbilanz nicht vorliegen. Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten bilanziert. Der Berechung der Abschreibungen liegen die in den steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen vorgegebenen Nutzungsdauern zugrunde, sie erfolgen nach der linearen Methode unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Vereinfachungsvorschriften. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EstG wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Im Übrigen wird auf den Anlagespiegel verwiesen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten angemessen. Im Einzelnen wird auf die Erläuterungen zu den Positionen des Jahresabschlusses verwiesen.
