AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und KonsolidierungDie An einem Sonntag im August GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregisterr beim:
Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den
Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung
des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).
Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar. Informationen zur BilanzEntgeltlich erworbene immaterielle
Vermögensgegenstände werden bei Zugang mit ihren
Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig
linear über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer
abgeschrieben.
Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt. Die Warenbestände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Bis auf 5,612,85 € haben die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Soweit Rückstellungen eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr ausweisen, wurden sie gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie sind alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sicherheiten wurden nicht gestellt. Bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen besteht der übliche Eigentumsvorbehalt. Sonstige AngabenDer Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen i.S.d. § 285 Nr. 3a HGB beträgt 184.928,70 EUR und betrifft das Mietverhältnis.
