Der Aufsichtsrat hat den Jahresabschluss der Steelcase GmbH, welcher für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 seitens der Geschäftsführer vorgelegt worden ist, geprüft. 2. Der Aufsichtsrat hat sich regelmäßig aufgrund zahlreicher Berichte der Geschäftsführer und gemeinsamer Sitzungen der Geschäftsführer mit Mitgliedern des Aufsichtsrats über die Entwicklung der Gesellschaft informiert und die Geschäftsführung überwacht und beraten. 3. Der Aufsichtsrat hat den von der Geschäftsführung zum 29.02.2024 aufgestellten und vom Abschlussprüfer, der Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, geprüften und mit uneingeschränktem Bestätigungsvermerk versehenen Jahresabschluss in seiner Sitzung am 21. Oktober 2024 festgestellt. 4. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt der Geschäftsführung sowie den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Gesellschaft für ihr großes Engagement und die im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr geleistete hervorragende Arbeit sowie für die vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.
