ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2011WILHELM & PARTNER GMBH, MüNCHEN1. Angaben zur Form und Darstellung von Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft unterliegt den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in entsprechender Anwendung der Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zugrunde. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert, abzüglich planmäßiger, nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen gebildeter Abschreibungen. Die Vorräte wurden mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Das Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle bekannten ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sonstigen Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen Urlaubsrückstellungen, die Rückstellung für die Aufbewahrung von Unterlagen sowie interne und externe Abschlusskosten einschließlich der Kosten für die Erstellung der Steuererklärungen. 3. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Verbindlichkeiten Die Forderungen und übrigen sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 4. sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2011 Frau Christine Pohlmann.
