Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Vote Media GmbH, München wurde unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 268-274,279-283 HGB) erstellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in den § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Gesellschaft hat die größenabhängigen Aufstellungserleichterungen des § 274a HGB und des § 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgt nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung tragen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Dies gilt auch für das Vorjahr. D.
